Guiding ongoing improvements to the department website by refining content, restructuring information architecture, and enhancing accessibility to align with WCAG standards. Collaborate with faculty and technical staff to optimize functionality, streamline navigation, and deliver a clear, user-centered digital experience.
These first iteration wireframes and prototype explore the development of a mobile app designed specifically to create a welcoming environment that enhances the overall hockey experience for all fans (new, underrepresented, long-term, and others).
Case Study: Headspace App
UX research conducted to examine how potential users of Headspace interact with both the website and phone app. I was looking to discover user pain points, factors influencing subscription sign up motivation, and the quality of the overall user experience.
